ITS would like to help gay-rights lawyers in China to set up and operate a legal organization which will provide legal help hotline and website service, establish and develop nationwide lawyers' network dedicated to tongzhi matters, engage in public education to raise positive perception and treatment of tongzhi, litigate tongzhi cases, and promote policy advocacy for tongzhi rights. ITS would also like to support the edition and/or the publication of two books about law and sexual minority rights in China.
